How long does setup take?

Most clinics are fully deployed in five to six weeks. Week one is discovery, week two is design and approval, weeks three through five are build and shadow run alongside your team, and by week six the agents are live with full coverage. You see results during shadow run, not after.

Do I need to change my existing software?

No. We integrate with what you already use. Dentrix, Open Dental, Curve, Eaglesoft, Google Calendar, your phone system, your CRM. If we hit a tool we have not integrated before, we build the bridge as part of the engagement, not as an upcharge.

What happens to the AI when something goes wrong?
