Pricing

The pilot is free. Then engagements start at $4,500 a month.

We come into a business to recover money it is already losing, and then we stay and run the thing we built. That is a different job from selling software, and it is priced like one.

How it is priced

Two steps. You only pay for the second one.

We would rather prove it than pitch it, so the proving part costs you nothing.

01 Start here

Free

The pilot. One process, automated, at no charge.

  • You pick one process. We automate it end to end.
  • Success metrics are agreed up front, before anything is built.
  • You watch it run in your own operation and judge it on your own numbers.
  • If it delivers, we talk about doing more. If it does not, you keep the analysis and owe nothing.
02 After the pilot

Engagements start at

$4,500 / month

A floor, not a menu. Where it lands above that depends on scope, and we set it with you before anything is signed.

  • The build, the integrations, and the running of it, in one number.
  • No per-seat pricing. No per-call pricing. No setup fee bolted on top.
  • No long term lock-in.
  • Scope and final price are agreed on the discovery call, not guessed here.

What you are paying for

What a typical engagement includes.

Not a licence to software you then have to operate yourself. The building and the running are the same engagement.

01

The build

We design the workflow and build it into the software you already run. Your calendar, CRM, phone system, invoicing and messaging stay where they are. Integration work is part of the engagement, not an upcharge.

02

Monitoring, every day it runs

An automation is only worth what it does on the days nobody is watching. We monitor the systems we build, catch failures ourselves, and fix them. You are not the alerting layer.

03

Human-approval gates

Anything that touches a customer, a price, or money can be held for a person to approve before it goes out. You decide which steps run unattended and which ones wait for you. Every action is logged.

04

Reporting in dollars

A plain English weekly report covering what ran, what it recovered or collected, what it saved, and what needs your attention. Written so an owner can read it in two minutes, not a dashboard you have to learn.

05

Changes as the operation changes

Businesses move. Scripts, rules, hours, offers and routing get tuned as part of the engagement rather than billed as a new project every time something shifts.

06

A person who answers

You get the owner of the company, not a ticket queue and not an account rep who churns every quarter. If something is broken, you say so and it gets handled.

Straight talk

We are not the cheap option, on purpose.

If you want the lowest monthly number on the market, it exists and it is not us. What that number usually buys is a tool handed over at launch, with the operating, the fixing and the watching quietly transferred to you.

The work is responsible for money moving

These systems answer your customers, chase your quotes, and touch your invoicing. That is not a place to buy the cheapest available option and hope. It is a place to have someone accountable for it.

Running it is most of the job

Building an automation is the easy week. Keeping it correct through a software update, a schedule change, a new offer, or a busy season is the rest of the year. The monthly number pays for the rest of the year.

We take on a small number of engagements

The work is founder-led and hands-on. Pricing it properly is what keeps the attention per client high enough to be worth having.

Above the floor

What moves the number up.

$4,500 is where engagements start. These are the things that decide where yours actually lands, and we go through every one of them with you before anything is agreed.

  • 01 How many processes we are automating, and how deep each one goes
  • 02 How many systems we have to integrate, and how cooperative they are
  • 03 Volume, and how much of it runs outside business hours
  • 04 Number of locations or operating companies under one engagement
  • 05 How much of the work runs unattended versus behind an approval gate

Pricing questions

The honest answers.

Anything not covered here, ask on the call. We answer the phone ourselves.

What does the free pilot actually cover?

We pick one process in your business and automate it at no charge. We agree on the success metrics before we start, so there is no arguing about the result afterward. If it delivers, we talk about doing more. If it does not, you keep the analysis and owe nothing.

Why $4,500 and not less?

Because of what the engagement actually is. We are not selling you a tool and leaving. We build the system, we run it, we watch it, and we answer for it. Work that is responsible for money moving through your business is not work you want on the cheapest tier available.

Is that a fixed price?

It is a floor, not a menu. $4,500 per month is where engagements start. What you actually pay depends on scope, and we set it with you on the discovery call once we both know what is being built. We do not charge per seat or per call.

Am I locked into a contract?

No. There is no long term lock-in. The pilot is free, and the engagement continues because it is worth continuing.

Do you promise a result?

This page does not make one. What we do is agree the numbers with you before we start, report against them honestly, and show them as they happen rather than in a deck at the end of a quarter. Anything we commit to beyond that gets set in writing on the discovery call, not implied by a marketing page.
